Domiciliary Care Services
Our domiciliary care services offers our clients high quality person centred care in the comfort of your own home. This will include personal care, companionship and various everyday tasks that you need help with.
Our staff will come to you at agreed and convenient times during the day to assist you. If you require Live In Care, you will be assigned a personal carer who will be living with you to offer 24/7 care and support.
Our Domiciliary Care tasks include
- Daily washing undressing and dressing
Preparing meals - Assisting with morning wake up and going to bed.
- Assisting service users with transfers, to get up and/or to go to bed
- Supporting elderly with morning and bedtime routines
- Complex Homecare
- Assisting with light cleaning duties
- Assisting with taking medication and setting reminders
- Management of incontinence
- Supporting clients with accessing toilet facilities, including changing of catheter bags.
- Support with shopping services
- Personal hygiene – Toileting, washing, bathing, shaving, hair care and oral hygiene
- Assistance with eating and drinking and dealing with dietary needs
- Application of creams/ointments, including eye care.
- Medication management and administration

- Caring for the terminally ill
